The Beagle Club of Western Canada is a close knit group of friendly people that join together to have fun with a breed we love and want to promote. We are a registered society sanctioned by the Canadian Kennel Club for the promotion and preservation of the Beagle. We organize various conformation and performance competitions, public education, social gatherings, beagle rescue, and breeder referrals.
The club was actually founded over fifteen years ago by a small group of beagle enthusiasts and was originally called the Beagle Club of British Columbia (BCBC). Recently the club was renamed and aspired to expand their region to include other provinces within Canada. The club has now been expanded and includes the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. We have designated club members that represent each region/province and encourage other beagle fanciers across the country to join as Associate Members.
